After his altercation with Taqueza, Rodar was badly wounded. His right arm had been severed at the elbow and his left eye had been destroyed. Worst of all, he had met his first defeat at the hands of an opponent he vastly underestimated. A mistake that he could blame on no one save himself. After departing his doomed Baseship in an escape pod, Rodar was picked up in orbit by Guardsmen that were stationed on Mars and returned to the remaining intact Baseship. He spent the remainder of the craft's time in the Sol system recuperating and being fitted for bionic replacements. Fixated on revenge, Rodar used the anger of his defeat to emerge even stronger from it. He had a replacement eye fashioned that could see into the infrared and ultraviolet spectrums. It would also house a small, high intensity laser. Both the eye and arm were constructed of the same material used to make Eltorian ships. As such, they were part organic and part synthetic. The organic components would draw their necessary fuel from Rodar's own caloric intake while the inorganic components would require periodic external charging. Rodar's new arm would be capable of shifting its form into a multitude of weapons, the limits of which are known only to Rodar himself.
Driven by rage and more powerful than ever, Rodar's mission in life has become clear: to end Taqueza's. As to weather he will be successful in their next inevitable encounter, only time will tell.
