Rodar is seen here wearing the uniform of The Elite, which is gray with a rank insignia on the right shoulder. When called into fighting, The Elite have been known to use a similar colored battle armor.
Rodar began his military career as a Guardsman of average height and size. However, he was an adept marksman and fighter that stood out from the other soldiers of his section. His brutal efficiency and unquestioning loyalty quickly gained the notice of his superiors. In record time, he rose to the rank of Section Commander, a position he would hold until accepted into the Elite Guardsman. As per standard procedure, Rodar underwent a number of tests to map his genetic structure. Once complete, scientists altered his genetic code to maximize his desirable traits and minimize the others. As a result Rodar grew to a full seven feet tall. His muscle tissue quadrupled in density, granting him unprecedented strength. To complement his increased size, his reflexes, stamina, and equilibrium were increased to supernormal levels. Since undergoing the alteration, Rodar's reputation grew and the fact that he had never been defeated in battle became common knowledge. All who knew him either feared or respected him and neither was foolish enough to oppose him.
For a time, Rodar enjoyed his undisputed position as the Eltorian Military's pride and joy. But during the conflict before the Eltorian Incursion into the Sol System, a lone guardsman had distinguished himself in the war's most important battle. His actions directly resulted in a victory that day and he was promoted to the rank of Section Commander for his efforts. In time, whispers of his name made their way to Rodar. It was a name he would come to hate, Taqueza. At first, Rodar viewed him as an annoyance. But as his reputation grew, many began to speculate if Rodar had at long last met his match. At this point, Rodar took it upon himself to learn about Taqueza. He did not like what he discovered. Taqueza was only half Eltorian. In Rodar's eyes, this made him unworthy of the uniform he wore. Though the two have yet to meet face to face, one thing is certain. They will not be friends when they do.
